Collection of personal information

Personal information collected on this Facility Rental Application is obtained under the authority of the Municipal Act, 2001 and applicable municipal by-laws regulating the use of municipal facilities, parks, and community spaces. This information will be used by the Parks, Recreation and Facilities Department to review and process the rental request, coordinate facility access and scheduling, confirm insurance coverage and related requirements, ensure compliance with municipal policies, and maintain related records. Personal information will be protected in accordance with the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (MFIPPA). Questions about the collection, use, or disclosure of this information should be directed to the Municipal Clerk.
